What is the best Tablet Laptop for me? - tablet laptop

I'm starting university in a field of medicine. We need a laptop and I'm trying to get the ergonomics of a notebook Tablet. I need it for things like documents, Power Point, Internet, etc. .. I doubt you need for multimedia applications. I want it fast, with lots of memory. Does anyone have any suggestions? BTW price is probably not a problem as a final gift.
