Are New Balance good running shoes? If not, what is? - new balance track shoes
I will start a lot of progress during the summer months to get in shape for Cross Country. I have a pair of New Balance 406, to be good for me, but many other children have similar shoes and I've heard are not very good for racing.
What do you recommend?
As for skiing, what kind of nails / apartments can I expect? I have a few brief remarks spring sprint track, but I have the 800 meters long and on my heels then I feel great.

Note: It is good, but you have to have the nature of the right foot. They tend to continue for the feet (not all). The best way to find out is to test the B / C every crisis so different shoes and a shoe that is terrible for one person may be the best option for others. Asics and Mizuno are my favorites that are easy, very comfortable and very durable.
What XC: pics get definitely different, even if the heels look good. Just go to the store and ask them to show you reach the peaks. For floors, new balance, or what you decide on a great job.
Not sure, but I have a Nike SparQ for sale, I stood at $ 60 MC Sports, and a great job. They are men of the cross-training.
